Terms of play

Template terms supplied with the software. The operator must review them with qualified counsel for their jurisdiction before launch.

1. Entertainment only. Casino Royale is a social casino. Credits are virtual, are provided free, cannot be purchased, transferred, sold or redeemed, and have no monetary value.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 21 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). One account per person.
3. Fair play. Results are generated by a provably fair algorithm described on the Fairness page. Exploiting bugs, automating play, colluding or operating multiple accounts may lead to suspension and removal of credits.
4. Conduct. Be respectful in table chat. Harassment, spam and sharing personal data are not allowed; moderators may mute or suspend accounts.
5. Accounts. Keep your credentials secret and enable two-factor authentication. We may suspend accounts to protect players or the platform.
6. Changes. Game rules, limits, bonuses and these terms may change. Balances may be adjusted to correct errors.
7. Privacy. We store your username, email, game history, IP address and device information to operate and secure the service.
